Jam & Toast

Join Cherith and Toni as they host Jam and Toast on the last Thursday of every month, a social networking, fun filled evening taking place after class and open to all, featuring, music, dance, sangria, friends, and celebration.

Latin Jam is about taking the drudgery out of a normal cardio workout and celebrating life through dance.

Come Jam with Toni & Cherith from 8-9pm, and after class all are welcomed to Toast!
