Sam’s Children of Hope Foundation, a 501 ( c ) 3 charity organization based in Tustin, CA, EIN # 33-1183461, is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to meet the spiritual, physical, emotional, educational and economic needs of the desperately poor, neglected and forgotten orphans whose parent or parents have died of AIDS.
